Keep on Swimming

In addition to our lessons, we offer group training classes to help our students practice the skills they learned in their lessons and to improve their swimming fitness and strength. Our goal in these classes is to provide our kids and adults with meaningful practices that engage their minds as well as their bodies. We keep our practice sizes small to encourage feedback and to avoid a lot of garbage yardage. For more details, click on one of the program links below:
