Camp Tracks
Beginner Track: Learn-to-Swim Fundamentals
Perfect for new swimmers or kids who feel timid in the water. We’ll build comfort, safety, and basic skills like floating, kicking, and breathing—plus plenty of games to make it fun!
- Pre-Reqs: None
- Best for: Preschool 1–2, School-Age 1
Intermediate Track: Building Endurance
Ready to take the next step? We’ll focus on freestyle and backstroke fundamentals with plenty of practice time to build confidence and stamina.
- Pre-Reqs: Swim 10 yards front/back, float 5 seconds, roll to back for air
- Best for: School-Age 2, Intermediate 1
Advanced / Swim Team Track: Four-Stroke Proficiency
For swimmers already confident with freestyle and backstroke. We’ll refine those strokes and add butterfly and breaststroke, using underwater video and mirrors for fast progress.
- Pre-Reqs: Swim 50 yards freestyle/backstroke + basics of fly and breast
- Best for: Intermediate 2, Advanced 1, Swim Team
A Typical Camp Day
- 9:00–9:50 Pool Session 1
- 9:50–10:00 Change to Dry Clothes
- 10:00–10:50 Snack & Holiday Craft
- 10:50–11:00 Change Back to Swimsuits
- 11:00–11:50 Pool Session 2
- 11:50–12:00 Dry Off, Change, Parent Feedback
What to Bring
- Swimsuit & Towel
- Goggles & Swim Cap (if hair is shoulder-length or longer)
- Robe/sweats for craft/snack time
- Flip-flops or deck shoes
- Snack (if your child has dietary restrictions)
