How It Works: 3 Simple Steps
1. Determine Your Skill Level
- Level 1 – Beginner/Fitness: New to swimming, building an efficient freestyle stroke, or just finished lessons.
- Level 2 – Frequent Swimmer/Pre-Competitive: Swim 3x/week, 45–60 min per session. Comfortable swimming continuously, considering Masters, triathlon, or open water.
- Level 3 – Competitive/Masters: Former club, high school, or college swimmer. Swimming is a primary fitness routine. Prefer structured plans without a team.
2. Pick Your Training Focus
- PACE Technique – Improve efficiency & aerobic base with drills and focused swimming. Best for beginners and off-season training.
- PACE Endurance – Build race-season fitness with higher intensity sets while holding technique. Use for 2–3 months.
- PACE Speed – Peak training for race prep. High-intensity sessions for competition. Use for 4–6 weeks.
3. Choose Your Coaching Plan
All plans are delivered through our Circle Community app with resources, discussions, and training support.
Coaching Plans
PACE Essentials – $35/Month (14-Day Free Trial)
For swimmers who want structured workouts and basic support.
- 3 practices/week delivered through TrainingPeaks
- Drill videos, articles, and resources by skill level
- Monthly pacing/stroke/tempo updates based on test sets
- 1 direct message per month with a CBD coach
PACE Select – $105/Month
For swimmers seeking more customization and coach access. Includes all Essentials benefits, plus:
- Quarterly video analysis with screenshots (submit your own video)
- “Ask the Coach” Circle board
- 2 DMs per month with a CBD coach

PACE Premium – $275/Month
For athletes with specific race goals who want full coaching support. Includes all Select benefits, plus:
