By combining underwater and above-water footage with expert analysis, we give you instant feedback that sharpens technique and speeds up skill acquisition.
At the Swim Studio, video is part of every lesson—but many swimmers want to take clips home to review between sessions. That’s why we’ve designed four levels of video service, so you can choose the amount of detail and coaching support that works best for you.
How It Works

We capture short, focused video clips of your swims (usually the final swim of a lesson).

Each level of service includes coach commentary and guidance tailored to your goals.

Videos are viewable on desktop, tablet, or phone, and can be downloaded for ongoing review.

Standard Video Service (Included)
Every lesson includes “working video” at no extra charge:

Delayed mode: Watch yourself just seconds after a swim or drill.

Live playback: Review in slow motion, frame-by-frame, or rewind instantly.
These clips are used in the lesson to help you understand what to fix, then cleared from the system afterward.
Bronze: The Video “To Do” List
Your coach selects and trims the most helpful clips, then adds a short written note with key takeaways for your practice. Perfect if you just want a quick refresher on what to focus on between lessons.
Silver: Your Virtual Coach
This level includes everything from Bronze, plus:

Voiceover commentary walking you through your stroke step-by-step.

On-screen drawings and annotations to highlight exact points of improvement.
It’s like taking your coach home with you—ideal for swimmers who want detailed reminders and guidance.
Gold: 360° Stroke Analysis
Our most comprehensive option. We film your stroke from every angle—front, side, rear, above, and underwater—for a complete view. Then your coach applies Silver-level analysis to each clip, focusing on 3–4 key points you can realistically apply.
Gold is available only with 50-minute private lessons to ensure there’s time for both filming and practicing corrections. It’s best suited for:
