We host online registration and payment for PACE© Swim Training on the Circle Community app. Once you know which plan fits your goals, select a monthly coaching plan and provide a credit card for automatic payments.

PACE Essentials — $35/month (FREE 14-Day Trial)
Perfect for swimmers who want structured practice plans with light support. Includes:
- 3 practices per week delivered in TrainingPeaks
- Personalized pacing zones, stroke counts, and tempos from monthly test sets
- 1 direct message/month with a CBD coach

PACE Select — $105/month
A great fit if you want more customization and coach interaction. Includes everything in Essentials, plus:
- Quarterly video analysis with screenshots (you provide the clip)
- Access to the Ask the Coach discussion board
- 2 direct messages/month with a CBD coach
- 5% discount on CBD classes and lessons

PACE Premium — $275/month
Best for athletes chasing big race goals who want full support. Includes everything in Select, plus:
- Kick-off phone or video call to set goals and milestones
- 3+ weekly practices in TrainingPeaks with weekly adjustments
- Weekly coach review of practice feedback and data
- Monthly video analysis with voiceover
- Custom drills tailored to your needs
- Up to 30 minutes of calls per month (15- or 30-min blocks)
- 4 direct messages/month with a CBD coach
- 10% discount on CBD classes and lessons

Billing & Plan Changes
- First payment is charged on registration (or after your 14-day trial ends).
- Future charges occur monthly on your sign-up anniversary date.
- Cancel or change your plan anytime under the Billing tab in your Circle profile.
